Abstract: 

In the report the concrete scientific and philosophical assessment of the most enigmatic mathematical problem of humanity – Fermat’s Last Theorem – is given. The way out of the systematic scientific crisis with help of wide professional discussion of the latest results of studying mathematical and general scientific contents of this theorem is suggested.
